My cousin and i are trying to start a car club for neon cavaliers how would we go about starting our club?

*cough* ricer *cough*lol jk well just go to most parking lots on a friday night get somepeople with fast cars and stylish cars to join then when you got enough people start making window decals with the club name for people to put on there back windows
