Is it possible to put a NASCAR engine in a prerunner/trophy truck?

I've been looking at bigger engines to put in my prerunner, and I came across this 834HP Dodge NASCAR engine? I have no clue about these types of engines. What fuel do they run on and would they be suited to high speed off road driving and every day driving?

With enough time, money, and talent, you could put any engine in almost anything. It usually comes down to cost. I wouldn't use an oval track engine in an off road truck. An oval track engine normally runs at high rpm, while an off road truck has a wider

NASCAR: Biffle tops in Sprint Cup qualifying at Texas Motor Speedway

Biffle drove the Scotch Blue Ford and Ragan piloted the UPS My Choice Ford, both fielded by Roush Fenway Racing along with the Ford of third-fastest qualifier Matt Kenseth.

For the pole winner, he earned his third Coors Light Pole Award of the season and the ninth of his career. Also, he captured his first pole in 16 races at TMS.

“It was a great lap for us,” Biffle said. “Our car was fast right off the truck. It is a tribute to my team for how hard they have worked and how far we have come as a team. It was a great lap and an uneventful one. We were fast throughout practice where we only took eight laps – all in qualifying trim.”

Commenting on his team’s gaining the top-three starting positions, Biffle added, “It is exciting that our race cars are so good, and it is a tribute to our driver line-up, the guys in the race shop and the engine shop – all those things are factors in our cars being up front.”

Ragan was disappointed in being knocked off the pole by Biffle but expressed optimism for the race ahead. His speed was 193.729 mph.
