1999 HONDA NSR 125 value?

I'm moving across the country and want to sell my 1999 new shape Honda 125 NSR with fairings, but a few problems exist.
A new starter motor which I purchased needs to be installed and the seat including the fuel tank has a few
if the engine runs ok and the brakes and suspension are ok I whould say ВЈ350-ВЈ425.without seeing it
ВЈ250 seems a bit low
