If I get an greddy exhaust system for 2009 Honda Accord will me gas milage ratio be affected?

I am pretty sure my gas milage is 19 and 28 will it stay the same or will it decrease?

The car is already designed to give you the best MPG possible coming out of the factory. The aftermarket exhaust will just make you waste more gas at higher RPM's.
