2002 US Ford Escort Headlight assembly replacement?

I need step by step instructions on how to replace the whole headlight assembly on a 2002 US Ford Escort. The original headlight assembly is cracked someplace and moisture is getting into the headlight. I purchased a new headlight assembly and need
have not a clue. Best bet is to go to advanced auto/ auto zone and buy a hanyes manual for your car. It will teach you how to do a complete teardown and rebuild of everything on your car. It would come in very handy for this and later fix's
