tips on tuning car audio system?

what speaker subs,amplifier,do you recomend?
(i dont want the sound like the only thing you can hear is bass)

I have pioneer every thing but the subs. and a amp going to every speaker. If for a start get 2 amps each to push the front and back speaker. have the front amp be a 4 channel to power some tweeters. A 2 channel to power what i hope is 6x9"s in the
