How long will an 2001 Audi S4 Tiptronic transmission last before needing major repair or replacement?

I'm considering buying a 2001 Audi S4 with 13X,xxx miles on it. How long should I expect the transmission to last assuming nothing out of the ordinary is wrong with it? Also, if anyone has specific information about rebuild or replacement costs, I'd appreciate
